We would love a sponsor to come on board for 2025 to support us as our primary sponsor. In exchange for your support we will change our branding across our website and social media pages to highlight you as our sponsor, you will be identified as our primary sponsor on our on-site contest branding, which includes our contest representative branded t-shirts, on site banners and contest gazebo, and we will promote your sponsorship and any promotions etc. on our social media.
What we need from you is either a 3x3 commercial gazebo with sides, or the funds to enable us to purchase one, and a contribution to our running costs and promotional activities. We will primarily use the gazebo as our location for teams to hand in their competition entries or a competition office, so it will be erected at the locations of our contests. We have a small number of running costs which include things like website hosting which we would also use your sponsorship to support with

It would also be of significant support if our primary sponsor could commit to providing products which we can use as prizes for our contests.

We are always looking to join up with likeminded people and brands. For our contests we need support with products we can use for prizes as well as small gifts for teams and judges, as well as sometimes the costs of putting on a contest.
Competition barbecue is an expensive hobby, teams invest in kit and equipment in order to compete as well as paying entry fees to cover running costs of competitions. Judges often travel at their own expense both nationally and internationally to judge at contests. So we like to make sure that we thank them and there is a value in them taking part and attending with small product gifts.
If you think you could and would like to donate products, services or experiences to be used as prizes, or support the production costs of individual contests, we can ensure that your branding appears at the contest venue, our website and social media as partners of us and the contest. We can also name contests, or individual rounds for your brand.
*We will never accept support from products or brand if we have already done so from a competing brand.
