Freestyle Contest

We aim to keep contest entry fees as low as possible, as such contest entry fees have been calculated based on the costs of organising the contest. To ensure any withdrawals or cancellations by teams do not impact our ability to hold the contest, we limit refunds depending on how long before the event a team withdraws.

• If you cancel or withdraw before the 1st March 2025, £75 of your entry fee will be considered non-refundable.
• If you cancel or withdrawn or after the 1st March 2025 and before the 1st May, £100 of your entry fee will be considered non-refundable.
• If you cancel or withdrawn or after the 1st May 2025, all of your entry fee will be non-refundable.

For regular entry you accept that you are required to supply your own equipment including shelters, barbecues, smokers and all other equipment. You supply this at your own risk and are responsible for the safety and security of it while it is on site. CompBBQUK  and Hot to the Touch Events Ltd cannot be help liable for damage to any equipment brought on to site by teams.

You agree to follow all reasonable rules and instructions both verbal and written that relate to the contest, requirements for attending and entering the contest and behaviour while at the contest.
